Training
We provide ongoing training to ensure that all staff are aware of their obligations and have the opportunity to refresh their knowledge.
Monitoring
We monitor your compliance, through scheduled audits and carry out spot checks. We will then provide reports and updates directly to your board/management.
Support
Our dedicated team are on hand to give advice and support to your staff on everything from general queries to Data Protection Impact Assessments (DPIA).
Breaches
As your appointed DPO we are the first point of contact for the Supervisory Authority and Individuals (customers and staff) wishing to report a breach.
If your business requires a Data Protection Officer (DPO) but it is not viable or preferable to appoint someone internally then why not take advantage of our External DPO Services.
Depending on the size and scope of your business, external DPO services can prove to be more cost effective than appointing the role internally.
Fees are quoted based on the size/complexity of your business and the estimated time required to maintain compliance.
Further Information on DPOs is available on the Information Commissioners Office (ICO) (UK Supervisory Authority) website
